Return & Refund Policy

3.1 Our Commitment to Grace

We want you to feel confident and comfortable in every Haya Fits garment. If your abaya does not meet your expectations in terms of fit or quality, you may request an exchange or return within 7 days of delivery.

3.2 Eligibility for Returns

To maintain the hygiene and premium quality of our garments:

  • Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
  • Exclusions: Custom-tailored abayas or items purchased during “Final Clearance” sales are non-returnable unless a manufacturing defect is present.
  • Hygienic Seals: Accessories such as hijabs or niqabs must have their original hygienic seals intact.

3.3 Quality Claims

If you receive a garment with a stitching error or fabric defect:

  1. Contact grace@hayafits.store within 48 hours.
  2. Provide clear photos of the defect and the invoice.
  3. We will provide a priority replacement or a full refund, including shipping costs.

3.4 Refund Timeline

Refunds are typically processed within 7–10 business days. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds are issued via Bank Transfer or your preferred mobile wallet.
